What might be Caroline Pierce's best scene ever is one of her last, in John Stagliano's 2002 opus 'Fashionistas.' There, Caroline Pierce took part in an intense, edgy S&M-tinged scorcher with Manuel Ferrara. Caroline left the scene in late 2002, although there's no telling if she's gone for good or just 'on hiatus.' Fans of full-throttle young women who know just what they want out of their men -- or women -- are surely hoping that Caroline Pierce makes a quick return.
